Please note that if you receive an already damaged product in your order it's sufficient if you register a return and just send the item back since your right of return will still be valid. Just make sure to note that you received a damaged item when registering the return and we will make sure to not deduct any return fees from your refund. Should you whish to keep the product and just get it repaired/fixed, please follow the below process for registering a claim.
1. Register Your Claim
- Visit our claims portal at https://www.wakakuu.com/returns or fill out the form below.
- Fill out the form with information about your order, the product, and the nature of the damage.
2. Review Process
- Our team will review the claim details thoroughly and will reach out to you during the process should they need any further information from you.
- We may also consult with the vendor if needed to assess the situation accurately.
- In some cases we might need to have the item shipped to either us or the vendor for assessment and in that case we will send you a prepaid shipping label so that you can send the item to us.
3. Resolution
- We will get back to you with our decision for how to resolve your issue
- We strive to resolve issues by repairing or otherwise fixing the damaged item whenever possible before considering refunds or sending replacement items. If that is not possible we will of course issue a refund or send you a replacement item.
