The Consumer Purchase Act gives you the right to complain about a product within three years, provided that the product was faulty at the time of delivery and it is a production fault. If you receive an item with something wrong with it, we want you to contact us via email as soon as possible, but within 60 days at the latest. Email us your order number with a description of what is wrong with the item and how it happened to email@example.com Attach pictures of the product showing the entire product and the fault in detail. When we receive the email, we will decide whether it is a fault with the product and get back to you if the complaint is approved or not as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days of receiving your email. All complaints must be approved by Wakakuu before they are sent back.
