If you have forgotten your password, you can easily reset it by following the 'Forgot Password' instructions on the login page. Just enter the email address associated with your account, and we will send you a link to reset your password. You can also change your password at any time when you are logged into your account.
The delivery options available to you differs depending on where you live. Usually you can choose between DHL, Bring and Budbee for delivery outside of Sweden. The available options are displayed at checkout. Moreover, we always offer at least one free shipping option for orders of 199 EUR /1,999 NOK/1,999 DKK or more.
Your order is usually processed and dispatched from our warehouse no later than the next business day. After that, the shipping itself normally takes 2–7 business days, depending on your chosen delivery method and where you live. During promotional periods, both handling and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual.
At checkout, you will be informed about the delivery times for the different shipping options. When your order is on its way, we will send you a confirmation via email, and you will also receive a tracking link, so you can follow your delivery.
Yes, you can track your order. Once we have dispatched your order from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link that allows you to follow your order.
Yes, if your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel an item or the entire order, and change the size of an item. However, unfortunately, we are currently unable to add items to an existing order, but we hope to offer this option shortly. If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the link below and fill in the contact form.
With us, you always have a 14-day return and exchange policy, starting from the day you receive your order. This also applies to sale and promotional items.
Your return shipping label is created once you register your return in our return portal. You need to print out the return label yourself. In some countries, there is an option to receive a QR code to be shown when you drop off your return. You can see which options are available to you in our return portal.
It depends on which country you're shopping from. For all countries you can choose to pay by card using MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. In the nordic countries you can also chose to pay with invoice and account payment (processed by our partner Avarda). In Norway we also offer Vipps as a payment option.
Some payment options, such as invoices, may sometimes be unavailable due to automatic assessments made for each individual order by our payment partner Avarda. We aim to process your return and carry out the refund or adjustment of your invoice within 14 days from the time your return is handed over to the postal agent. You will receive a confirmation email from us once the return is processed and the refund is on its way.
