We apply a 30 day right of return from when you receive your order.

You register your return easily in the form below. When you complete the form you will get access to your return slip and it will also be e-mailed to you.

In case of return, return shipping is added. You also have to pay for your possible shipping cost.

Please note! We do not accept returns left to agents after this.

Fill in all the information in the return portal below and print your return slip. You will also receive a receipt that you have registered your return. Place the return label on the outside of the package. Hand the package to an agent and request a receipt. We will contact you via e-mail when we have processed your return.

In case of exchange, a new order must be placed for the desired item. Enter the new order number in the return portal and select return reason exchange.

If you used a discount code on the first purchase, this discount will be transferred to your new order in connection with us handling your return. Please note that you must contact us at customerservice@wakakuu.com with your order numbers on these orders and we will adjust this.

If you buy your own return shipping, it's important to put a note in the return parcel with your order number. If you do not have access to this, please write a note with your name and email address so that we can match your return to your original order.
