- Your order number.
- A short description on how the defect has occurred or was observed.
- Attach images of the defect and a full product image.
You will receive an email confirmation when we have started processing your claim. We will then email you a shipping label for you to place on the parcel that you will send to us. You will then receive notifications during the process.
